Pet Shipping Information

We understand that health certificates for pet shipping are needed by many people moving off island. ​​

Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide health certificates, even during weeks when visiting veterinarians are at our clinic. Our visiting veterinarians have limited time on Saipan and must prioritize surgeries, sick and injured animals, and other essential medical services. Our small staff is also focused on providing care to the thousands of animals who rely on our clinic each year.

For this reason, health certificate appointments are offered only when our schedule and veterinarian availability allow. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning well in advance whenever possible.

Once we have advised you that we are unable to provide a service or appointment, repeated requests will not change that decision. Our small team must focus our limited time on providing veterinary care to the animals who need it most.
